History
The Alberton Millenium Committee was created through the efforts of several community minded residents of the area interested in the preservation of the historical heritage of Alberton, Prince Edward Island and the surrounding area. The mandate of the Committee was to collect, organize and publish photographs and documents of the area prior to 1960. The project was intended to raise funds for the Alberton Museum.
