This series consists of one volume of minutes of the County Court of Prince County, 5th circuit, which were recorded by an acting or deputy county clerk, presumably while the county clerk was unable to attend. The volume, entitled County Court Day Book, roughly covers the time period between 17 July 1939 - 25 February 1946. The first three pages document instructions from the County Clerk to the deputy of procedures to be followed during the former's absence.
