Dorothy (McAuliffe) Morris, wife of Daniel MacDonald Morris, lived at Poplar Point, Prince Edward Island. She was an active member of the P.E.I. Genealogy Society and maintained an avid interest in the history of Prince Edward Island. She was particularly involved in research into Scottish immigration to Prince Edward Island and the MacDonald family. Mrs. Morris died in Vancouver, British Columbia, on 3 July 1993.

The collection consists of several volumes related to Scottish and Irish genealogy, one on the Catholic clergy on P.E.I., two medical certificates of Daniel E. Morris, and 18 photographs of individuals and groups related to theatre productions, catholic clergy, Morris family, theatre productions, etc.
