Biographical history

Doug Fraser, a native Prince Edward Islander, was, for several years, Genealogical Coordinator at the Prince Edward Island Museum & Heritage Foundation. He maintained an avid interest in genealogical and historical matters related to his native province.

The collection consists of a 1978 and a 1982 edition of "Might's Charlottetown Prince Edward Island city directory" as well as a post card of the "Prince Edward Island" icebreaking ferry, ca 1930's and a newspaper clipping about the vessel from the "Summerside Journal" of 22 September 1965.
