History

The Congregation of Strathalbyn, Prince Edward Island, was organized in 1845. In 1917 it became known as the Hartsville Presbyterian Church which later became part of the Brookfield Congregation. Over the years the circuit has included the communities of Hartsville, Bradalbane, Rose Valley, Springton, Junction Road, West Line Road, Pleasant Valley, Hopedale, Glen Valley, North Wiltshire, Darlington and Clyde.
