George Strong Inman, son of Nelson Inman and Martha B. Doull, was born in Bedeque, Prince Edward Island, on 25 June 1870. He was educated at Prince of Wales College, Charlottetown and Dalhousie Law School, Halifax, Nova Scotia. He was admitted to the Bar in 1898. George was elected to the Provincial Legislature in 1927 and was appointed Judge of the County Court of Prince County on 28 March 1928. He married Florence Elsie MacDonald (Senator Elsie Inman) on 26 September 1910. They had four sons. Judge Inman died 30 November 1937.
