This sub-series consists of miscellaneous documents, correspondence, agendas, briefing books, reports, and minutes pertaining to relations between the Premier's Office and officials and organizations from other Canadian provinces during the period 1966 to 1979. Contacts with individuals and organizations include: the Premiers of New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Ontario, Quebec; Atlantic Provinces Economic Council (APEC); Canadian Council of Resource Ministers; the Council of Maritime Premiers; and the Maritimes Transportation Commission. The sub-series also contains documents concerning various conferences held throughout the years such as the Atlantic Premier's Conferences, Premier's conferences held in various Canadian cities, the Federal Provincial Conference of First Ministers, and the New England Governors Conference with Eastern Premiers. Topics discussed include communications, non-resident land ownership, higher education, health care costs, telecommunications, Federal-Municipal relations, Federal-Provincial policies for employment, personnel policies, surveys, mapping, and land registrations, off-shore mineral rights, and the Maritime Union Study.
