Included in the series are contracts, agreements, specifications, and claims for payment regarding the building of the Colonial Building (Province House), the round Market House, and St. Paul's Anglican Church in Charlottetown. Also includes Isaac Smith's diary for 1858, his obituary and a photograph of Smith.
