This series is comprised of membership registers which records the names of members and their payment of fees. The earliest volume also contains a record of income and expenditures. Roll call volumes record names of members and attendance at monthly meetings. One volume and accompanying pages contains yearly subscription lists for the newsletter "Echoes". There are also files of life membership applications and returns of elected officers.
