Biographical history
The Caledonian Club of Prince Edward Island was organized in 1864 to preserve and perpetuate in Prince Edward Island the national dress, music and athletic games of the people of Scotland and to promote the welfare of the countrymen generally. Membership was to include Scotsmen only.
