History
Samuel Lowe was the son of William Lowe and Eliza Sentner of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Following in his father's footsteps, he and his brother Henry operated a building and contracting business in Charlottetown in the latter half of the 19th century. Sanuel was married to Mary Ellen Stramberg with whom he had seven children.
