The fonds consists of the records of the Charlottetown Yacht Club mainly from the period 1964-1987. Copies of legal documents which predate 1964 such as deeds, the Act incorporating the Club and the constitution and by-laws are also included. The fonds is arranged in the following series: minutes, minutes of miscellaneous meetings, correspondence, financial statements and reports, membership and visitor records, general information files by year, subject files, photographs and plans.
