Biographical history
The Cherry Valley Women's Institute was officially established in Cherry Valley, Prince Edward Island, on 18 December 1945. At that time the organization assumed the membership of a local war-time organization called the Victory Bees.

This fonds consists of 5 volumes of minutes and 3 volumes of Treasurer's Books of the Cherry Valley Women's Institute. Minutebooks contain the minutes of annual and monthly meetings and annual membership lists. Treasurer's Books contain itemized monthly and yearly financial expenditures.
