This subseries consists of one volume entitled Circuit Book - 5th Circuit which records the cases heard by the judge of the County Court of Prince County while sitting in various communities throughout the fifth circuit. The volume was kept by two County court judges: Neil MacQuarrie between 7 August 1917 and 11 October 1927 and George S. Inman between 4 December 1929 - 15 November 1937. Information includes rough notes or minutes on the cases that came before the judges.
