This subseries contains certified copies of minutes from the 1920s to the 1960s. This sub-series is not comprehensive; most of the documents are from the 1950s and 1960s. The minutes are organized into files according to department or Board. They document the day to day operations of the government such as expenditures and human resource issues. The minutes are typewritten documents which have been stamped with a blind stamp; they are often accompanied by supporting documentation, such as correspondence, briefs and reports.
