This series consists of 4 volumes of minute books recording cases heard in open court and in chambers, including cases in the County Court Judges Criminal Court and all other cases tried by the Judge of the County Court, 5th circuit. Also, between the pages of the first volume are a commission appointing Bennett R. Kelly, Esquire and Commissioner for taking acknowledgment of Deeds for Prince County, Prince Edward Island and an Office of the Deputy Prothonatary of the Supreme Court and Clerk of the County Court of Prince County list of fees (pasted to the inside cover). The volumes are arranged chronologically.
