Gaudet, Hermine. Mère de famille. Baie-Egmont (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), 18 juin 1910 - . Fille d'Azade Arsenault et Geneviève Aucoin; mariée à Udulric (Dick) Gaudet en 1938; mère de Noël; mariée à Stanley Gaudet, 12 octobre 1949; soeur de Gérard et Léa; aïeuls paternels: Joseph Arsenault et Balsamie Gallant; aïeuls maternels: Joseph Aucoin et Isabelle Arsenault. Études primaires et secondaires, école de Baie-Egmont, 1e à 10e année. Hermine Gaudet a travaillé à la factorie à Mathurin pendant 6 mois, arrachait les patates et vidait les paniers quand le battage de grain se faisait.
