Troisième district électoral du comté de Prince. L'Île-du-Prince-Édouard est divisée en trois parties appelées comtés. Le comté de Prince est la partie ouest de l'Île. Chaque comté avait trois circonscriptions électorales quand la première « House of Assembly » fut élue le 4 juillet 1773; quatre en 1838, cinq en 1856, cinq en 1893 et cinq en 1961, sauf pour Charlottetown qui avait une circonscription de plus.
